Houston lands 2013 NBA All Star Game

It would mark the third time Houston will host the NBA All-Star Game. The last time the city hosted the exhibition match between the top players of the NBA was in 2006 at Toyota Center. The NBA All-Star festivities will kick off two days earlier.
