French strikes hit Gbagbo forces in Ivory Coast

ABIDJAN (Reuters) - French forces hit military vehicles belonging to troops loyal to Ivory Coast's Laurent Gbagbo during a helicopter-borne mission that rescued Japan's ambassador to the West African country on Thursday.
