Toronto Maple Leafs offer to test out possible NHL changes

The NHL is looking to make a few changes and Toronto Maple Leafs general manager Brian Burke has offered to help. As the NHL research and development camp came to a close Burke said he's be willing to help the league test out new nets as well as some other equipment and rule changes.
